Start your day with Chair Yoga. Class attendees follow an instructional video which begins with 30 minutes of seated yoga poses. The second half-hour consists of all standing poses.

If you’re looking for a moderate exercise routine consider this Balance Class every Tuesday and Thursday. Instructor Lesley Norris helps attendees to increase overall strength and balance. Give your memory a work out too with Lesley’s music trivia during the exercise program. The last 30 minutes of this 1.5 hour class will include optional floor exercises.
Instructor Merilee Post specializes in avoiding and addressing chronic pain issues through maintaining healthy posture and proper stretching techniques. This class offers some seated options and light cardio, while focusing on proper stretching and balance.

The Village Golfers group plays 9 or 18 holes each Wednesday. Courses and tee times vary depending upon availability.
As we age, staying active becomes increasingly vital for maintaining our overall health and well-being. One form of exercise that has gained significant popularity among seniors is Yang Style Tai Chi. Rooted in ancient Chinese tradition, this gentle and flowing martial art offers a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional benefits for older adults. Join members weekly for this important wellbeing practice!
